More Toledo 4-year-olds soon might be able to attend pre-kindergarten.

Lucas County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to authorize the use of $1.5 million from federal American Rescue Plan Act grant funding to expand current pre-K programs through area nonprofit HOPE Toledo.
