Birth to Five Consortium

The Birth to Five Consortium is a private-public partnership focused on addressing the critical issues facing the early care and education sector. This cross-functional group will align expertise and service providers across the sector within Toledo. They are developing a strategic plan to capitalize on opportunities to support the healthy development of children and the families and providers who care for them.
